Ooh, filo parcels with pumpkin and feta cheese sound good...

I too have a pumpkin, and there will be Jane Grigson's carbonada criolla for dinner tomorrow, and probably pumpkin risotto later in the weekend. Or candied pumpkin with walnuts. I love all the different things you can do with pumpkins, and the season is so short.

But I don't love peeling them: hard to cut and hard to handle, There is usually blood on my pumpkin.
