Luckily, no, it was not meant to be a big secret. But on the one hand, it seemed a bit silly to make a big song-and-dance about being the 1729th person in our immediate circle to join LJ, and on the other hand I wanted to have a few posts up for people to look at before I invited them over.

Expect me to friend lots of people soon.

Pointing and shouting is OK. Pointing and howling is pod-people bad.
