Izzy est de retour

One of my neighbours spotted her going along their garden fence, came over to tell me, and I went round the back and down the alley with some cat crunchies.  While I was doing that, she came in through the ca flap, and she is now filling her face in the kitchen.  I hope she'll go upstairs afterwards, but I don't want to disturb her in case she runs off again.  Huge relief, anyway!

I'm glad she came back ok. You must have been very worried!

Cats!

But terribly relieved for you.

Ah, that's good news.

Oh, I am pleased. Even if she is an independent minded little madame, it's still a worry when they disappear like that.

I used to have conniptions when Spookie did it, he was such a Mamma's boy and always there in the morning (he was not allowed in the bedroom at night after The Mouse in the Bedroom Incident) and after work, so any time he wasn't, it was a major worry for me.
Max, while still a homeboy, doesn't worry me quite as much.
