Rowing

So, the bumps.  We didn't do dreadfully - got bumped twice by faster boats, rowed over twice (ie rowed the whole course without either being bumped or bumping anyone else).  We are keen to do better next year, but this will involve getting fitter and somehow getting some serious coaching.  My club is a sociable, friendly club, but there are too many boats and not enough coaches.  Ah well.

Anyway, I'm not pointing you at the Jet Photographic site where the official photos are, because in the photos of our boat racing I look very, very stupid.  So if you really want to see them you will have to ferret them out yourselves.  But here is a link to some photos taken by our cox's boyfriend, when we were going up for the start, and coming back after the end.  I'm at 4.

Yes, Hi there. I've discovered that just reading LJ takes an inordinate amount of time (just too many friends), so I'm being quite frugal about writing things. But, yes, here I am.
